$md{u}^{\mu }/d\tau =q{F}^{\mu }{}_{\nu }{u}^{\nu }$ gives $d\mathbf{p}/dt=q(\mathbf{E}+\mathbf{v}\times \mathbf{B})$ and $d(\gamma m{c}^2)/dt=q\mathbf{E}\cdot \mathbf{v}$.
