Malleability of an additive one-time pad

If an interceptor knows that an additive one-time-pad ciphertext $C$ encrypts plaintext $P$ and wants it to decrypt as $P^{\prime }$, replacing it byworks without knowing the key, since $C^{\prime }=P^{\prime }+K$.
